ACTIVE TIMES/PACE: Timezone is GMT+1. My schedule and health are a mess right now, so tags can take anywhere from an hour to several days. I'm all for scheduling a certain time to boomeranging a thread, so there's quicker progress made.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Depends on the context. He's an easy lay and can be a bit of a sleaze, but actual, genuine affection (for example kissing forehead) might weird him out. He's also a weird mix of guarded, and "gets into somebody's personal space purely for shit and giggles"
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Beat his ass. Reno's fighting style focuses on lightning-fast hits and skittish movements. He also doesn't play fair, won't hesitate to launch a nasty sneak attack, or a bomb... or even just run away! Retreating bur remaining victorious
RELATIONSHIPS/SEX: Yes to both for characters 20+ Though the first one is either unlikely or messy&complicated. Reno's the type that tends to mysteriously disappear after the realization that A Thing might be more than just friends-with-benefits. In a meme/PSL tho, everything can happen depending on the setting and I love shippin' so come at me

PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: He's got no resistances to magic/mind-control but if you're playing a psychic I'd appreciate you asking me about this before jumping straight into the mindreading. For the surface-level impression, he's quick to think but even quicker to act, impulsive and intuitive, loves a thrill of danger. Incredibly loyal to those few he considers important to him, detached about everyone else (doesn't always work, as he is known to be the one most "prone to the sentiment" among his collegues). Compartmentalizes and bottles more complicated feelings/thoughts a lot; he's done a fair share of awful things he does not feel guilty of in the slightest, but he also had done some he personally disagreed with; there's a lot to unpack there while he'd rather ignore it entirely.

AEFENGLOM SPECIFIC ONLY as a harpy, his aggression and ferocity is heightened, which means with the kind of temper he already got, he's more likely to fly off the handle; Also he got some bad experiences with mind-control and charm spells already, so he's going to make double sure that his protective charms are charged and working

MAGICAL INFORMATION: No innate magical abilities, but ShinRa employs plenty of gadgets, material (and materia-based-gadgets) that effectively function as magitech.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: CLASSIFIED— healthy, pretty fit, flourishes his fights with acrobatics because why not? Slender built, kinda short. Tries to quit smoking, would never quit drinking.

AEFENGLOM SPECIFIC ONLY he's a harpy in Aef, and that comes with all the feathers (especially on arms that functions now as wings and on his entire back), sharp teeth, pointy ears, upgraded eyesight... but only during the day (he goes nearly blind after the dark). Reference images [ 1 ], [ 2 ]
When fully shifted, his lower legs become more bird-like and all other harpy qualities are enhanced. Additionally, he got hollow bones which are Good when you want to fly and Bad because easier to break in case of an accident

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: if he wants to take an offense to be obnoxious/pick up a fight, he will do it.

OUT OF CHARACTER

BACKTAGGING: Absolutely. With PSLs, I'm willing to continue as long as possible, so if you ever want to return something months old, I'll jump back to it when I can. With game tags, I'm putting a soft cap of 2-3 months, depending on circumstances.
THREADHOPPING: Sure, when it makes sense. Like on un-privated network thread. If in doubt, ask!
FOURTHWALLING: No, thank you.
WARNINGS: Reno is an asshole, who earned his living doing dirty work for even bigger assholes. He also is responsible for the death of a large number (we're speaking in thousands) of innocent civilians and is doing his damn best to not think about it. While he buys into the excuse that Turks had to carry out that order, otherwise ShinRa would just find someone to do it, and they would be dead at this point— he is aware that someone more heroic and, in general, good could take a stand there and defy the order, even should it meant throwing their life away. I've got an Opt-Out post, if you'd rather not play with this character

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: Short (somewhere around 168cm) and lanky redhead (dyed), with a devil-may-care, bit lazy attitude. Green/blue eyes, depending on the light, high cheekbones, lots of sharp angles. Reno has two crescent tattoos, one under each eye, placed on his cheekbones and going up to his temples. Despite how laid-back he looks he's always aware of his surroundings. Compared to other Turks he wears his suit rather inappropriately, without a tie, shirt unbuttoned and untucked.
AURAL: Voiced by Keiji Fujiwara (JP) / Arnie Pantoja (ENG). Slightly nasal and drawly voice, can use it to get very obnoxious, snorts before he laughs (or cackles). Downright slangy speech pattern in Japanese, uses very informal language in English. Professional loud-mouth.
OLFACTORY: cycles through different brands of cologne all the time, occasionally smells like depressed ashtray and bad decisions
DEMEANOUR: Carries himself with lazy confidence, general appears to be relaxed, might even slouch a little— but just like a cat he's ready to spring into motion at any second.
